Insane Graphics on Rockstar's "L.A. Noire"

Something I enjoy doing is looking at walkthroughs of really cool games that I will never play. A walkthrough is basically someone beating an entire game and recording it on YouTube.

I just got a few seconds into Rockstar's "L.A. Noire", which is the same company that made Grand Theft Auto, and was just blown away. I've played through the first three GTA's myself but I was still blown away by this new one.

The graphics and presentation speaks for itself:

"When I entered Republican politics during an earlier period of malaise, in the late seventies and early eighties, the movement got most of the big questions -- crime, inflation, the Cold War -- right. This time, the party is getting the big questions disastrously wrong."

"In the aftershock of 2008, large numbers of Americans feel exploited and abused. Rather than workable solutions, my party is offering low taxes for the currently rich and high spending for the currently old, to be followed by who-knows-what and who-the-hell-cares. This isn't conservatism; it's a going-out-of-business sale for the baby-boom generation."

    - David Frum, former speech writer for George W. Bush

"This is just ridiculous. I never thought as an economist I would have to spend so much time doing political analysis."

6:00 "Sorry about this Cole. What an evening I'm having. First a negro puts his hands on me and now this."

The game also has a bad guy who hates Jews and busting a guy who raped a 15-year old. Pretty hardcore, even for Rockstar.
